I waited for over 25 minutes after I just got off work to go and eat some food and I haven’t even been here in a while but I thought I’d give it to go. Almost 30 minutes for some fries and nuggets … I’ve worked in customer service for years and I can tell you from experience that this is inexcusable. Not only did I get the food so late we didn’t even get a refund. The lack of customer service is unreal. The drive thru was the only thing open and I had to call just for them to realize they forgot who us. I think I also saw a good handful of people standing around and even a couple of people clock out and leave while we were still waiting.

There is no clear leader in this establishment and it shows in the performance and conduct of the employees, this will be my first and last visit sadly. No gloves are being worn, no beard nets are being worn. You get the impression that a few of the employees are Too Cool to be working at this establishment. I didn 't appreciate requesting something and having the woman that was working the register whisper something to her co-worker... There 's a sentiment growing in America that embodies a lack of desire to serve the public. These younger people have no pride in their work and are way too sensitive when it comes to correction.If you don 't like your job, leave... if you don 't love it, leave it. It 's that simple. Other than that keep your personal beliefs at home and come to your place of employment ready to serve. Grow up America....

Tried their breakfast as I heard they started doing that. Was 5am in Vandalia. I told the chick just pick me whatever you would get, charge me at the window. Egg and cheese on a croissant is what I got. Probably too much butter for me, all at once, but was alright.

Use to be an employee here but left due to bad management, went through the drive thru to get my kiddos some food and could hear the manager talking badly about me. Also had a friend who went through drive thru and she said she saw someone making a baconator fry by grabbing the fries out the fry bin with no gloves on!

It took them awhile, but the food was good. Terrence was very good.
