I stopped by this restaurant while passing through for work. The staff was friendly, the beer was good, and they had a great dog mascot! I would rate the service and atmosphere a 5 out of 5.

A few years ago, during a pheasant hunt in Gettysburg, we found ourselves looking for a place to eat on Thanksgiving night. The only spot with any activity was a bar, where we were informed upon entering that they were closed for a family dinner. Just as we were about to leave, someone called out to us to come back, reminding us that in that place, we were all family. We decided to stay and ended up having a memorable Thanksgiving meal with the kind and hospitable people there. In the following days, we even went hunting with some of them. Though they may not remember us, we still fondly recall their warmth and generosity to this day.

A really nice couple own run this local bar. Kristine Carl. They will chat you up, pour generous drinks and find out why you’re passing through town. The other patrons were friendly and courteous. Lots of games playing on the many TV’s. We didn’t eat there, so can’t review that aspect but the bar side of the building was a lot of fun. Plenty of parking nearby.

A decent little bar. Friendly service and good prices. A nice place to get a drink and hang out.

I absolutely adore this bar. I've never had a negative experience here. The cost per person ranges from $1 to $10. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is wonderful.
