Vips Nassica - Getafe

Ordered three times. Two out of three took over one hour to get food and one time they did not deliver at all. I suggest another restaurant.

Wonderful food and service!! My husband got a hamburger and I had a Sicilian salad with grilled chicken. It was fabulous.

Recently went to VIPS with some colleagues while on a business trip to Getafe. Initial impression was good, we waited to be seated and the restaurant was clean enough. We had our order taken and waited for our meal. I had ordered an additional portion of fries with my rice dish and was looking forward to a good meal after a long day. However when the meal arrived the portion of fries was ridiculously small and my rice dish did not have all the ingredients that were detailed in the menu it looked like they were saving on the expensive ingredients and portion sizes not pleased, but I was really hungry so proceeded to eat the food. Also we had trouble getting attention from the staff when we were trying to get the bill. Overall disappointing when really if the food and service had been better this would have been a more positive review.
