Eastermontag. full hut and all overwhelmed. that had nothing to do with the cozy staring, with the great family ulrich, that was just mass-produced. also the quality of the feed and the servier times did not fit. the knüller was the overpriced bill, because the bank was not resett and we were therefore allowed to repay the bill by the predecessor. if at least all of them had been affected. well then the whole thing would be in lot, but no it was the fault of the operator on the customers, we were allowed to go back and thus wore all the costs...sorry staring that is not at all! eating was good but no more top (even point limity, sweet tasteless, salate mate, rumpsteak 180g?), service was partly friendly but not badly to forget if you had given at least one bottle of wine or of the plum human aps or something for the repeated to go as an excuse. so, yes we will come back. the star is a top address and in fact ulrich is always a good host but no longer in the "prime time". there is a pretty chaos with double bookings and the flawing tabble on the work. but it is human only for the price unfortunately only to a limited extent excuse.
The restaurant was very well visited on a Friday evening. we had reserved. the service was already very cut to the table. you won the impression this have worked through several days and have no more lust at all. this was also reflected in their performance. Forgot drinks, drink wrong and very long waiting time. the apfelschorle was carried past a carbonic acid bottle at most. very good.The salate to the main dishes was tastefully good. the dressing is delicious. probably it is so often praised that one imagines to do something good to the hospitable when you drown the salat in dressing. the salate was, unfortunately, more than softened. no further attention was paid to the service.The main dishes were tastefully in the middle field. the meat was unfortunately a bit tough, but the late zle tasty. also the soße was good. altogether no highlight. had they been getting similar at home. the timing did not vote. a person was almost done there the second one just got to eat. that doesn't go! you keep something warm and served at the same time.The average rating here at tripadvisor does not give a realistic picture of the performance in my eyes. for me very overrated.
Last week we celebrated a birthday in the star two. beautiful ambiente, full house. but for a restaurant that precedes a good call, it was disappointing because of some timing errors and preparative defects.Timing: 1. drinks came after the appetizer; 2. the brot ordered to the main court – after remembrance – came when we were finished; 3. the espresso was already lukewarm when he was served (except too weak).Preparation: 1. the salate had been diverted in dressing, too long stood in too much oil; 2. the large-scale foam was tough, because too long kept warm; 3. to the brain there should be forest mushrooms, except a few pfifferking crumbs I found only champignon slices - that is not possible!Fleisch and fish were good, weeping and obstwasserle excellent. the service worked hard, although it was honestly striving not to let it be noticed, on critique, however, it reacted snippily. Conclusion: due to a lack of time and preparation, which probably do not know from lack of knowledge, but rather from lack of personal, the star is not justified to his good call.
We were there on a Saturday night, short-term reservation without any problems. I ordered a menu, suppe, salat, main course and small dessert incl. espresso for under 30 euro. main course (fish) really good, however salat something sweet, only green leaves and dressing, no ceremonies or the like, but as a complete package everything ok.My woman wanted to eat lactose-free, which led to the same salat being hardly possible. the fish threesome sounded good, but the fish came (although vacuum cooked) without any spice (no more fried, no salt, no seasoned, no sauce). for this little spider than bed, which was also hardly spiced, but was still mixed with half-garem. the (actually capable) service also recognized this all when it was cleared and also offered a compensation.Small deductions also because gänsestopfleber is served, maybe others also have an ethical problem with it (we only saw it when ordering, otherwise we would not have gone down at all).
