Wendy's - Germantown

The burger was dry and did not meet my requested specifications. The fries were old and stale. I only received one sauce, despite clearly requesting more from the options menu. Overall, the service was terrible.

I never received my full order. I only got the burger and fries, which were stale. The burger tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The Asiago chicken sandwich and fries were missing. I even had to ask the driver to bring me the drink. It was a complete disaster!

The fries were stale and the sandwich appeared old and soggy. However, the delivery was impressively fast.

It was a gift to my mother and she loves Wendys Pretzel Baconator Comboand the strawberry lemonade drink. Thank you, Wendy. 

Wendy's is typically my favorite fast food spot, but this particular location has a really busy drive-thru. It can be hit or miss when there’s a line—if you do find yourself in line, be prepared to wait. I give it 4 stars mainly due to the long wait times. If they had just one more person working, it would significantly improve the experience for everyone. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and professional, and the restaurant is very clean.
