La Hacienda Mexican - Germantown

Santiago was very rude. We were seated before another table, and they were served first. We asked for a menu, he rudely said no, I asked for a water, he said we would be charged for water $3. If you don?t want to serve African Americans that?s fine, don?t act like we are beneath you. Oh, and they were out of steak too. ???????????????

My husband and I love this place for the convenience and proximity to our home. The food and service are always great just wish they played some house music in there. A little music coming through some house speakers would add so much to the ambiance and to the customer experience! Just a suggestion! We?ll be back either way. Keep up the good work!

Delicious entrees, best in the Memphis area! chicken fajitas and pineapple bacon chicken tacos

Waited for quite a while to be seated. Several servers made eye contact but not one acknowledged that I was waiting. One lady walked right next to me and didn't say I word. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately this is not the first time I had this type of treatment, I was giving them another chance and I am regretting doing it now.

15% Gratuity added to our ticket even though we only had 3 people. Waiter (Gerson) was very rude and food was mediocre at best. Don't recommend.
