Back Yard Burgers - Germantown

The food was fresh, the order was correct, and the drive-thru staff member was friendly and professional. Everything about our order was just right.

Wasn't happy about the service today. It took 23 minutes to get a burger and fries from a fast food place. It was empty inside. 3-29-18 Once again it has taken almost 30mins(28) to get a burger and fries at this place. I won't be back.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. The managers really need to be more discerning about who they allow to interact with customers. The girl at the microphone actually asked me, "What do you want?"—how rude is that?! I was so put off by the service that I couldn't bring myself to pay, so I drove away. I will NEVER visit this location again. In fact, the last time I came here, I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though there were people inside. I ended up leaving then as well. They should really consider closing this location.

No indoor dining, Credit cards weren't accepted, burgers were hard as hockey pucks. Pity. Used to like going here.

The lady at the window was very rude and I was missing food from my order. I will not be going back
