Mcdonald's - Gering

I can not recall a time going through the drive though and getting my food order without being asked to pull forward. No one behind me and 10 min before ever got my order. The last time I was there and will be the last had to pull forward and wait again for a cheeseburger and fries. 4 other vehicles, with food orders, as drinks do not come in a sack all got their food and were gone before I finally got mine. There is another place arnd that even in the busiest of lines during lunch rush I have never waited more than 5 min and food was hot and fresh..Not MCds and they claim to make it fresh every time.NOT

Tbh the number 7 is far better than the big Mac it was awful no sauce on it. And when someone asks for ketchup and pickle only that means no mustard and no onions. I'm pretty disappointed, but the people are nice so that's a plus.

Let's keep it real, the food is virtually always stale.Even when you ask for food to be made fresh, it's handed out cold or room temperature.The soda is good, the establishment is clean, but the food is almost always sitting out way too long before it's served.

The staff is nice and friendly and the food is fresh and fast seevice.

The gal at the drive thru window on Saturday 3/10 Joy was truly a Joy to deal with....she was a breath of fresh air!! So very friendly, smile on her face and kept us informed of our wait (fries coming up)!
