One of the best restaurants we have been during our trip around Lake Como. The restaurant overlooks 5 mountains around the lake stunning dramatic views in the evening. The service and the food were impeccable beef tartare and pasta alla pomodoro. Staff were very knowledgeable about my wife’s gluten intolerance all pasta sauce can be selected with gluten free pasta catered by the restaurant! This was a wonderful surprise. Last but not least, the place has an out of this world wine cellar. Bottles are used during service and can be purchased individually.

The family who ran our Campsite in Sorico recommended this restaurant to us and wow are we glad they did. The view of the lake and the mountains from our table was stunning. Our starter of cured beef with rocket and parmesan was amazing. For main meals my wife had veal my grandson had spaghetti with tomato ragu and I had spaghetti carbonara all of which were delicious. The deserts were also amazing. The service was excellent and the staff spoke some English but were very helpful and patient and the menu's had English explanation of all the items. We stopped by here after asking the locals for recommendations. Fantastic family run restaurant with amazing views over lake Como. Service was good, food was fresh and delicious. The owners son was very informative and suggested some other sights we should not miss. At the end of the evening as there were a lack of taxis around the owner gave us a lift back to our hotels. The definitely went the extra mile and we will be back again. Thanks for a memorable evening.
