Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The food quality is hit or miss at this location. It was alright on the recent visit. $9.99 for a Zalad, it should be fresh ingredients daily and perfect everytime.

This place is ridiculous. Four out of five visits and I know I’m gonna receive old food unless I ask specifically for fresh. Several times I have received chicken fingers maybe 2 1/2 inches long. When you’re paying this kind of money for a chicken meal, it should be top-notch. This is less just ok. Also, how hard is it to order ketchup when you serve fast food? I’ve been there three times and they’ve been out of ketchup.

Service has picked up in the last little bit in terms of in-restaurant meals vs. Drive through 3 to 1. Pace of food prep has improved as well. We do enjoy getting the chocolate chip cookies along with the meal. Helps with the Sweet Tooth but you don't get too full.

Came through today to eat! Had a long day sick kids and worked all day forgot to eat wanted to swing by here and order a nibblerz meal…… got back to the hospital and everything was burnt including the egg rolls I ordered! Came back and the manager a Hispanic just took the meal and didn’t really care or say anything she had the girl on the grill make food over and fresh! They need to do better this is crazy!!!
