Taco Cabana - Georgetown

The older ride thru lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cut me off abruptly when I spoke, and when she gave me the food, she sneaked the driving window in our faces. Not only that, she gave me bad looks. She should know absolutely better at her age, not so to trade customers who were kind to her. She has no reason to work in customer service if she cannot even act like a decent person and treats people with respect.

If there was no Star option, I would choose that. This morning 10/6/22 at 11:00 am I decided to stop by the ride to get a taco. I've never been in a taco cabana, so I thought I'd try because I'm working nearby. The lady who had orders on the intercom was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was snoring and sarcastic and very unpleasant. Probably never be back. Sadly, how a person can bring someone so low.

As I write this review I am still waiting on the food, it’s been 35 minutes for 2 tacos and a casadilla at dinner. Other people ahead of us have been served but our food still hasn’t show. Up. I would recommend management get involved and fix this asap, they have lost us a customer. Also was not offered any compensation for the bad and terrible service.

A decent place to eat if you want something quick. Food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I had a small steak quesadilla with chips and salsa. Chips were a little on the stale side and the salsa was a little too runny for my liking. But the people working there were really friendly and were working very hard! Great job to them!Parking: Plenty of spots. Exiting can be irritating as it's located in a busy shopping center.
