Galvin's - Georgetown

Always good food! Loves the waiting staff and so a comfortable place. They feel like family. The only thing I would change, they need a little salt on their house made chips. But even say I ate most of them. And only most because I was so full.

Our food was good and the portions were great! Our server was not very attentive, but they were very busy. The restaurant is SUPER LOUD. It was very difficult to talk to my husband. Honestly, it was a relief to finish our meal and go. Maybe they should add some sound buffering.

It was a class gathering occasion when we went there. The food was great and the portions were huge! We had Jalapeno poppers and chips and spinach dip for appetizers for 6 people. We all ordered some sort of sandwich and they were very generous in portions and most of us leftovers home. The server was attentive and prompt. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean.

I've been coming here for years. The food is excellent. The beer selection is great. The staff has been great for the most part. Their only issue is that they are always busy; which is not an issue for the business. Busy means its good. Go at noon during none sport night and you will find a 50% crowd. Dont like beer? Bourbon, cocktails, and wine are there for ya. Enjoy!

Our dinner on Friday night! The best wings in Georgetown, hands down. We usually ask Leah's section when we can, it is the best and is always so brilliant and will take care of you well! Great beer choice too!
