The Big Boy lobster roll $47.50) was LOADED with meat! Could use a tad bit more mayo and seasoning, but it was still good. We visited here after Labor Day, and from the time we stepped into the line until we got our food it was at least a good hour and a half. I can’t imagine what that wait would be like in the summer! The views make up for it though. You can sit right there and watch the lobster guys come in with their catch and unload them.

We have eaten in every lobster pound in Maine from York to Bar Harbor and 5 Islands is the best. Great food, incredible views and best lobster prices around. Parking can be difficult but that is the only downside.

BYOB: grab something to drink from the farm stand right before you get here. Simple menu of lobsters, traditional sides, and other marine fare. Large tables available on the dock. Best Maine experience.

This place had awesome lobsters. The fish chowder was very good too.Also the view was great!Be careful coming here close to night time as there's a lot of bugs since you are eating outside. Bring some bug spray.
