Chick-fil-a - Georgetown

The one lady serving the food in the drive-through was extremely rude. I asked if I could get an extra pack of sauce for my food, and her response was, You already have stuff in your bag. After checking my bag, it contained just my food and no extra anything. I would not recommend as the service was extremely unpleasant.

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup. I noticed no chicken or tortillas in the soup, only beans and corn.When I spoke to Mgr., she says the tortilla come in a little packet. She couldn't explain why no chicken. She offered my money returned. $8.30. Fine then why do they call it chicken tortilla soup?The med cup of fruit was literally 2 bites, for 3.99.What happened to quality?
