Burger King - Georgetown

Base number of stars should be an even number. (I'd give 3 out of 6 stars) but since there's only five, you get 2.For bfast had No heat to coffees, NO sugar, NO creamer, No ketchup, NO fast service ughh

I ordered a Hamburger Meal, Med Size, thru the drive-thru. Got home, and my hamburger ? was completely plain! There was nothing on it at all!!!I wasn't going to take it back, so I just ate it plain with my onion rings.I also tried their Cheese Tots, and I didn't like them at all. So that was a waste of money.I'm guessing their still short handed, because it took a bit to get my order, and the woman who took my order also gave me my food.

Lisa Marie has single-handedly saved this burger king that i had previously written off. She is consistent, she is kind, and our orders are always correct and she always asks about little things like ketchup in the bag. Her customer service is exemplary. She is one of those folks who recognizes repeat customers and takes special care of them.

Food was cold, employees not the least bit friendly. Same thing about a month ago but thought I would give them another chance everyone has off days. Not again.

Got through the drive line very fast, food was quick, food was fresh, hot and delicious! Great service!
