Culver’s - Georgetown Township

We love Culver’s. Tried the drive-thru for the first time tonight. Will never do that again. Ordered at 6:37 and got our food at 7:30. Come on Culver’s. Close a lane. Put up a sign. Not worth making people mad waiting that long.

Ordered at drive-thru and only received half the order. Went inside to a line out the door, and explained to the cashier the mistake on my order. She put in the corrected order and over 30 minutes later received my food with no apology or compensation for their negligence. Watched several people get their food before me. Staff was very patient and very kind. Our order took less than 5 minutes. Fries needed a little more salt, but otherwise my girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
