Austin’s Harvest - Georgetown County

Great food and friendly service. We enjoyed sitting outside. The tables were spaced nicely apart. Both our starters, main courses and desserts were delicious. There's a membership discount. We arrived at 11.30 am and there was not a wait for a table outside but shortly after, we could see other people waiting for an outdoor table. We will definitely be back. Love the gardens and the restaurant.

We enjoy lunch at Austin?s regularly. Today a new server began stacking dishes at our table as we wrapped up lunch. No one was waiting for a table. Not what we expect at this restaurant.

The menu is small, but every dish is broad with flavor! The She-Crab soup is my favorite, and I am VERY picky when it comes to my She-Crab soup! It was my daughter's first time dining here and she loved it! I had to consult with the manager before I left to advise her that the two servers, Jasmine and Yasmin were amazing! Both of these young ladies were absolutely darling! Very kind and genuine! Old souls!

Such a delightful place! Outdoor or indoor dining with great views from both spaces! A really creative and broad ranging menu with high quality throughout. The She-crab soup was outstanding. This would be a go-to restaurant anywhere, but inside a beautiful garden like Brookgreen makes it extra special!

Brookgreen Gardens is one of our all- time favorite places to visit. But Austins Restaurant is yet another example of poor service. We sat and watched for 25 minutes as our and three other tables were ignored ... not even an attempt to provide water service. Terribly frustrating. But the restaurant continued to seat people they were not prepared to serve. We left and found snacks across the garden at the small concession in the old plantation kitchen. What a shame to
