Symposium Cafe Lounge - Georgetown

After reading positive reviews, I drove 35 minutes to this restaurant for breakfast. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service. Even though we were seated promptly, no one came to take our order for the first 15-20 minutes, despite the fact that we were with an infant. After requesting assistance, someone finally came to take our order. The food arrived, but it was the wrong order and there were no utensils, which I had to remind them about. As we were almost finished eating, someone finally came to ask if we wanted anything else, but no one checked on us in between. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday with a group of 5 people and we were seated immediately. Britney provided us with excellent service. Our drinks were made perfectly and the burger was large and juicy. The staff checked on us regularly with a positive attitude, making our celebration even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to support a business with caring staff.

Reserved a table for 16 for my Daughter's wedding shower luncheon. Renae took such good care of us all with impeccable service. I highly recommend this Cafe and will definitely return in the future! Thank you for making the day perfect for our group.
