Siam Road Charcoal Char Kuey Teow

This must be the best Char Kway Teow in town. Some trivia: To achieve a smooth texture and do not stick the noodles together, the cook must use oil (lard). The cook (the son fought for us today) has controlled the amount very well so that the noodles were smooth and well separated, but not too oily. The shrimps were fresh.
