Dukas - GENZANO DI ROMA

Too good fried appetizer. Pizza is the classic Roman round, in my opinion discreet but not cooked very well, especially the lower part. Friendly service.

I challenge anyone who does not consider exceptionally good any kind of pizza that is prepared by Dukas: the dough is magnificent, the cooking with the wood oven makes it crisp and fragrant, tomato mozzarella and every other type of ingredient is very fresh and abundant. The rest of the food is also special. (Recommended for example the delicious appetizers).. But there is also an added value that makes Dukas special: it comes from the love and attention that every person who works there always employs; at the counter and oven, in the service, and also at the cash is a delicious kindness, and team of magnificent people, who love what they do, who express themselves at the best, and are realized in their work. If in our country, in every area, people worked like them, we would live in a working Italy, efficient, ethically inadmissible.

We choose this place for a dinner between friends, clean and quiet environment, essential menu, but with wide choice of pizzas. Good appetizer and fries, on average sweets. Pizza to be reviewed, very humid little crunchy, fast service, a little spartano. Honest account.

Customer affection, we went to me and mine at 7:40 p.m. on a Thursday, without reservation and at our request of a table for two, they answer us that it was all booked. At the same time three people arrive without reservation and in front of my eyes the owner makes them sit in a four table saying he was free. Despite pointing out that I had arrived earlier I was told that the table was four Conclusions, for an extra cover lost a customer affection and all his friends and relatives...................

To my taste the best Roman pizza in the area, thin, crispy and with the excellent ingredients Very good also fries and beers. To find place it is necessary to call with a few days in advance.
