La Perla - GENOVA

Location a little dated but kitchen and excellent staff. simple and greedy dishes, obligatory shoe. polyp with exceptional potatoes. Just a stone's throw from the pouch.

We visited La Perla on Wednesday 18th January 2023 for lunch. We were hoping for authentic Italian seafood cuisine and that’s exactly what we received. The owner treat us like members of his own family. His passion for cooking and hospitality was clear to see and his food was simply fantastic. If you want to experience traditional Italian food made with passion, please do not miss out on a coat to La Perla.

Just a few steps from the famous beach of mouth-watering, the fish restaurant la pearl, now boasts an open kitchen for almost half a century. the lady always remembers him 44 years of service mean quality . and how to blame her? impeccable service, delicious and abundant dishes and a price in the average (also given the location! )

We went for a walk from Genova, and ended up in La Perla for lunch. Really good food, and a warm welcome, is the best receipe for happy guests. Try the homemade pasta with gambas. The flavour is so simple and tasteful. The taste of the sea .
