Il Boss Della Pizza - GENOVA

The pizza is delicious, digestible dough. We always took advantage of the punctual delivery service at home. Unfortunately, I don't know why they don't... but try not to give up their excellent pizza, hoping that soon they bring it home!

After the game we enter 5 (3 adults and 2 girls) to eat something quickly. The counter was provided only of 3 oranges, 3 pieces of focaccia and 1 pizza...obviously for being celeri we ask for 1 pizza, 2 oranges and “can you have the white focaccia stuffed with some raw?” The kind lady asks me if you want to add some stracchino... the gentleman suddenly interferes by denying the focaccia with the raw but proposing a pizza with the raw!???? While the rest of the family was deciding, the gentleman begins with a “if you want to order...have patience because I have to close” with doing and still say shy. Thank you and goodbye we went away and they lost an order of 5 heads. Question 1: The focaccia had to be only cut and stuffed with the raw and was not good ... the pizza to do from scratch with the raw instead? But where is the customer service? Why do you let me in and tell me I can still eat when you really don't want me to buy food?

We ordered for the first time the pizza at home, delicious pizza and we received a tribute of bread and beer. We were very impressed by this, we will order very often! It was a discovery

Good pizzas, good flour to be consumed on site or to remove. Try the mini baguettes.

I work just above the pizza Boss so I often serve from them....... All great..... from pizza to oranges, from sandwiches to focaccia stuffed...... just today I took a salami and ragccino...... heated in the microwave in the office, really a pleasure!!! Pizza al trancio excellent especially the “bruschetta”... congratulations... If I lived in the surroundings I would always call them: friendly and helpful staff... quality ingredients!
