My friend uses a walker due to a back issue, and we found all the exits on the patio locked. This forced us to go upstairs and through the inside to leave. Additionally, there was no service outside, even though there were five staff members inside. The girls working there were quite rude; when I asked a few questions about the place, they responded unfriendly. I will not be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

When we arrived, our party of four was seated promptly. We received a warm welcome and our drink orders were taken quickly. However, the waitress returned to inform us that there would be at least a 45-minute wait for our food. We inquired about appetizers, but she wasn't sure how long those would take either. We decided to order our main courses and asked if our side salads could be served beforehand. Unfortunately, it took around 25 minutes just to receive our salads. True to her word, our main courses took 45 minutes to arrive. We ordered fish tacos, street tacos, a shrimp wrap, and the fish fry. The only dish that earned any praise was the fish fry. The shrimp wrap consisted mostly of coleslaw, with perhaps three small pieces of shrimp included. The street tacos had just a few bits of meat on top. On the other hand, the side salad and French fries were decent. Once we finished our meals, we were left sitting with our empty plates for a long time, and no one cleared them, even after we paid our bill. We eventually had to track down the waitress to get our bill. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but during such times, they should consider not accepting takeout orders.
