Royal India - Genève

We came to Geneva and wanted to taste a nice Iranian food. the restaurant was near the lake of Geneva, but the service was not good and the food was not really the one we expected.

WORST MEAL EVER!!! Visited this place during a short break in Geneva. Because the party included young children, we decided to use this place as it was open. I decided to try Iranian meal while the rest of the party chose Indian dishes. The Indian tishes seemed to cook instead. All dishes were pale and tasteless, although some of them asked to be spicy and not fresh. The chicken kebab in the Iranian dish was freshly cooked, but again contaminated. The service was also a farewell since only one waitress served. The prices for Geneva were also high. If you do, or you'll be disappointed.

A large group of us turned on a Wednesday evening without a booking and was quickly accommodated. Great service and excellent food. Some really good dishes on the menu and everyone enjoyed their choice. Worth a visit.

We tried the indian menue and the iranian but the indian was better. The chicken madras was tasty the lentil soup vegetable samosa were ok. The waiter was so helpful and nice but it took long time to serve our main dish.

We found this restaurant by coincidence when we visited Geneva. Very nice service, generous portions, we had to take out, could not finish the food. Lots of choices on menu carte.
