Mark's Pizzeria - Geneva

You probably wonder why I gave this great little pizzeria 5 stars? We stopped overnight in Geneva and drove through downtown when my wife saw this corner pizza joint. We felt like a pizza! Takeout. So we stopped and went in. The owner, Mark, was very cool. Tell us what the choices for slices were at the moment and we have two huge slices of pepper soup. Okay, then I asked if he was serving Pommes by chance? He does! So I get a fresh order of Pommes to go too. So we go back to our room, open the pizza boxes and dig in. Man the pizza was when I grew up in Chicago! Perfect crust.... Lottsa delicious tomato sauce, thick portions ah da cheeze and enough pepperoni to go these slices! It tasted like honest mouthwater, pizza mushroom I LOVED! It was so good. The taste was on site! Okay. Then we have the Pommes. So I can imagine what your people living in Geneva could think now... man, the pommes were PERFECT. You were the best freaks I ever had. I'm serious. I had a lot of pommes. Friends of so many different places, in so many different places, but these were wonderful. We didn't want to put anything on these golden flavors! Nothing! Just the Pommes. They cracked, then melted in my mouth. Okay, people in Geneva have some good pommes in the country. So the Finger Lakes region has some pretty decent wines, but you have to taste Mark's Pizzeria Pries. You are the best in the region. Thank you, Mark. I'm back.

We had wings and pizza. Very good New York style pizza. Nice size wings. Price was average. They havea nice variety of extra dipping sauce for an added fee.

Went in on my lunch break ordered 2 slices to go.Went back to my car to eat and open box Had about 2 bites the rest was all crust .Thick crust that was uncooked.Both slices.I called right away and told the.Manager just said oh I look into it.I said that's all?He said thank you for letting me know and hung up on me.Never freaking again will I go there.Showed all my co workers the way they gave me the slices and uncooked dough because the crust was so thick it turned their stomachs too.Plus the way the manager reacted to me ..I'll go eat from Bryne and Dairy and my co workers too.Jerks.

Just Ordered from here and I gotta say.. 5 stars well earned! I placed an order online and I had made a mistake on my phone number.. so after I placed the order I called and the guys there made it easy and convenient. So I normally expect it to be 1 hr and some change to get done. My order was party pack pizza and 1 traditional wing set. With drinks I'm not too picky on the time but I was really suprised when 45 mins later I got a knock at my door and it was Reese sorry if I messed up the name with my order! He didn't even need to call for help, he knew where I lived. Other places always call but he made it without the help. Very nice addition to the team and local knowledge really helps.. Very nice and polite! These guys rock and I'll be ordering from here for now on! Thank you Mark's Geneva Team! And this pizza looks amazing!
