Geneva General Store Inc

This restaurant feels like the heart of Geneva. It seemed that nearly everyone there was a regular and knew each other. Victoria and Mama were both incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming! We ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, and green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious! While we waited for our food, we enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. It was a busy Saturday night with live music, so we waited about 45 minutes for our meals, but we had a fantastic time chatting with the regulars and people-watching! They even let my husband sample several beers, and my wine pour was generous!

I absolutely adore this place! Having just moved to Florida from North Georgia and spent most of my adult life in Alabama and Tennessee, this spot truly feels like home. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and approachable! I was on the hunt for a specific craft beer, and everyone in the store, including the cook, went out of their way to help me and my boyfriend find it. Unfortunately, someone had just bought the last box, so I opted for another local pilsner to take home instead. We had engaging conversations with everyone there and are excited to return for karaoke night this Friday! This place embodies the kind of Florida I appreciate. It has that Southern charm, which I absolutely love! I will definitely be back!
