Dunkin' Donuts - Geneva

Just want to give a big shout out to Rachel for taking care of us. For reimbursing my family and I for our hot chocolates that Ashtabula Dunkin just gave us hot water. She even gave us a good tip on to see good Christmas lights. She was very nice andfriendly. Thank you again Rachel.

It's a remarkable feat on the part of management to have employed people who possess so little competence. The women who work the front counter aren't capable of placing the correct donut in the little bag when there's only one donut in the order.

The latte is very strong in coffee flavor. Next time, I’ll make sure to order it with extra sweet shots. The doughnuts are fantastic for everyone to enjoy, and I absolutely love the apple fritters!

The coffee at Dunkin' can be a bit inconsistent, but I usually find it well-made. However, I often end up with the wrong donut—just a little tip: Boston Kreme has custard, not regular cream!

I’m shocked that it can take 10 minutes to make 2 coffees and still get them wrong. I have no idea who is writing positive reviews for this place; it's honestly the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. If you're looking to pay for something and receive the wrong order, this is the perfect spot for you.
