I love the milk in glass, as well as the ice cream at this establishment. I also like the location in Geneseo, as well as it's size. The only reason for 4 stars is that I haven't had super amazing customer service every time I go in there.

Manager was very rude when capo machine was not working my daughter poured the little bit of water in what she thought was a drain and got her head taken off foot it. We won?t be back

I'm from Brooklyn, and there's a specific flavor I seek in pizza, and these folks have nailed it. They aren't overpriced like some other places in Geneseo, and the customer service is excellent. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. I ordered two ice creams: a medium twist and a small soft chocolate, both with chocolate sprinkles. Unfortunately, both orders were messed up. The woman taking the orders (who was quite rude, by the way) remade them three times, and they still weren’t right — they were both small instead of the correct sizes. After I had paid, she then told me that I couldn’t get the ice cream in a cone because the machine was producing it too soft. By this point, her attitude was really off-putting, so we just took what she handed us and left. If you can't handle two ice cream orders, then you should take them one at a time. And if you know you can’t fulfill a cone order, don’t let the customer place that order in the first place. This place has really declined. They need to train their employees better in customer service and how to do their jobs.

The food here is fantastic, but I had a disappointing experience with the woman who took my order. She was incredibly rude and slammed her hands on the counter out of frustration. This is actually my first time writing a review, and if I had been rude or had a bad attitude, I would understand her reaction. However, I was simply trying to place my order.
