Bortolotti - Gemeindebezirk Ottakring

Very nice place for coffee and especially ice cream. There are many options in the menu. I ordered an ice cream with kiwi and it was really refreshing. I think the prices are a bit expensive, but that is finally in the heart of Vienna. For ice and a bottle of mineral water I paid 09.20 euros.

Whenever I went to Bortolotti for an ice-cream, I'll get bothered by the staff. They are almost always unfriendly. But the ice-cream is so extraordinary delicious that I always forget about the staff immediately after the first taste of icecream. My recommendation: don't take long at the icecream-bar. If the staff is stressed then know exactly what you want and have the money prepared in your hand. In that way nobody gets hurt ; Btw: this reminds me on Seinfelds Soup-Nazi

The ice cream was very good with variable flavors which were all good : . We tried a couple of times and would recommend it for a good treat on a hot summer day.

Heaven for sweet tooth and hell for diabetic . We were in heaven and we like it. Good choice of ice cream
