For years, the service has always been amazing. Uncertain if it's under new management, but last few times the wait was ridiculous. They don't take your name for phone instructions and before I tried to give mine, they're on... I hanged. The chip portions are so tight and the Calamari rings can chew for days. I'll never go there again.

I was disappointed to receive a veggie burger without the veggie patty, overcooked donuts, and bland chips at this restaurant. The prices were too high for the poor quality of food. I will not be returning to eat here again.

From here several times last year ordered and ive had enough. every order we get there is always something wrong. the last 3 times in a row we had, wrong ingredients on our burgers, missing items, items that were the wrong versions of what... we ordered. our dim sims often come friend instead of steamed or vice versa. their burgers often do not have all the elements in them that are on the menu. the workers here must be completely incompetent and we will never order from here again.

This store is pissed poor and shameful that I've been here for 20 years and the share has become smaller and smaller, not only that a big chips and flakes 3 only get a hand full of chips for 35 dollars, which... a demolished and rude old wogs

We spent $33 on two burgers, small fries, a fried Mars bar, and a pumpkin scallop. The portion sizes were small and the fries were soggy. The price was too high for the amount of food we received. The fried Mars bar in the picture cost $3.95.
