Biào Wū - 葛巻町

I visited a snack-style restaurant located on the second floor of the central bus stop building in Kuzumaki Town, where the "Kuzumaki Nabe" has been on sale at six stores in the town since last year. The customers were of all ages and genders (laughs). The udon-style noodles with miso-flavored soup, vegetables, pork belly, ground meat, chicken, and frozen tofu were delicious. You can enjoy different flavors by adding spicy miso, burnt soy sauce, and raw egg. Finally, adding rice to make it into ochazuke is comforting. However, the restaurant was a bit cold.
