Little Caesars Pizza In Bol - gbrook

Geez this restaurant has the worst customer service. First off I sent my brothers in there to pick up a couple pizzas (nothing fancy). We ordered for pick up online just to make it easier! We both have been in customer service and know how hard it can be at times so we try to never do anything (Karen like) but we also know when there is absolutely no care in the world given by a worker. The African American heavier set guy working there tonight looked at us with the most annoyed face and when we asked him if he could please ring us up for some extra sauces he rolled his eyes and looked super annoyed at us. The Hispanic guy was super nice and was asking him a question only to be completely ignore and shushed with one finger. I don’t know if this guy is the manager but if he is, this place desperately needs a new one.

This pizza is good but this location is mess up they don't cook well done the pizzas and chicken wings this is mess up for real I go to other places but this place is horrible service.

This place doesnt know how to make a pizza there is never any sauce on any of the pizzas we order from here no matter what day or time we order its just break cheese and toppings taste horrible

Charged for the wrong food no one answers the phone and I have been calling for over a hour. I have been coming here since I was a kid this will definitely be my last time.

Will never forget reading crusty as my name on the box just because the dude at the counter didn 't like how I looked. Correct name was on the pickup window and ticket though, so yes, it was intentional
