The Iron Pig Smokehouse - Gaylord

They have always had bad food and terrible service, no point on stoping by here because their smoked food is just covered in liquid smoke. The bartender also has a terrible attitude and greats you extremely grumpy like she owns the world. Most food in gaylord can't compare to any real place in the real world but this place seems to just shoot lower

The meat was dry and over cooked not to mention none of the staff was following basic health protocol.

They’re rude to customers and ignore health and safety precautions when they go against what the owners want to do, not what’s good for the public.

It would be better for them to visit McDonald's in Gaylord and take their family there instead. This place has poor food quality and terrible service.

The dining experience was terrible. The meat was dry and had a taste reminiscent of liquid smoke. The sauce was unremarkable. The staff was rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. I would not recommend this restaurant.
