We really enjoyed our meal here. A beautiful host who speaks very good English and explains everything about the menu and ingredients. That was useful to us, because our French is limited. Excellent and high quality French cuisine. We enjoyed Gravlax as... Starter, monk fish as main and Pavlova. It was an unforgettable meal and we will definitely return when we are next in Gavaudun. Very recommended, especially for a special occasion.

Unbelievable. We went to birthday dinner, a family of four with two children. The food was excellent, the service warm and friendly. We will definitely come back!

I contacted the owner, Pauline, ahead of time to inquire if she and her chef could accommodate my husband and I for a vegan meal. She responded within a day or two with what they could offer and we decided to go. Great decision! Her...chef made us a butternut squash risotto that was so creamy and delicious. For dessert she offered vegan ice cream. The staff was friendly and accommodating, without being intrusive. They were very understanding of my very rusty French. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable meal and would visit again.
