Subway - Gatlinburg

This is always a great spot to kick off the day, especially if you're looking to avoid the wait at pancake places. They offer a solid mix of carbs and protein, perfect for fueling up before a hike. The staff is friendly, and it’s generally not very crowded. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and made perfectly. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms, and the service is cheerful. The turkey and BLT sandwiches were both tasty, and the bread was fresh.

The sandwich was fresh and delicious. The top floor offers a great view of the main strip. It's a Subway.

We had a fantastic experience here! We walked in with a team of hungry boys and needed to order 20 subs. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me on what to order and didn't complain at all. They prepared 20 footlongs in just a few minutes. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were to our needs!

Excellent food and service. For once a Subway knows what to do making plenty of chocolate chip cookies. Had 2 shelves full of them. Most only make a few and run out.

I don?t recommend eating here, at all. Today, around 12, I attempted to eat at this establishment. I was greeted with ?HELLO?? upon being next in line. I apologized, as my AirPods were in. I attempted to order a 6 inch sub but got ignored on the majority of my wishes, including toasting/heating it. When I said ?no? to the double protein option, my sub was thrown into the toaster. I attempted to ask the employee 3 times about my sub but she was making another sandwich I believe. I attempted to ask another worker to retrieve my sub, got ignored again. After another couple minutes of being ignored or briefly looked at by the employees, I gave up and left without eating. If anyone is wondering, I did wait for the employee to become available, rather than interrupting them. I don?t want anything redeemable and I didn?t pay for anything. My recommendation for anyone wanting subway is to go to the one next door to Family Dollar. The employees are very polite and the food always taste great. This subway can be like that one, starting with hiring a competent staff.
