Starbucks - Gatlinburg

Always greeted with a smile, very clean. Look at Maczieken when you're in... she's the best barista! So sweet and always smiling! Best customer service ever!!

Super busy location right on the parkway. Clean bathroom and friendly staff. My husband got the butterscotch latte and it did not taste right, he took it back up and they remade it quickly and it was great. Thanks for making it a good visit: We love our lattes:

They were so kind despite my extremely tired indecisive self early this morning. Altho my drink wasn't made exactly how I'm used to it being made it was still so tasty.

LOVE this Starbucks. There is a fireplace and stonework. Feels like a modern mountain lodge coffee hop. They made my cappuccino well, to the exact temperature. The barista remembered me from the day before, she said, “Didn’t you want a cappuccino to 140 degrees?” I said, “Close, 135.” Then she said that was a good idea because soy can’t take the higher temperature. She was a master barista and the manager, I think. Very smart, friendly and helpful.
