Starbucks - Gatlinburg

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort, and if you're searching for the next Starbucks on the app, it might not be your first choice. I only found out about it while exploring the area. The staff was friendly and worked diligently to prepare and serve the orders. It's a bustling location. Thank you for the delicious drinks and quick service!

This Starbucks is conveniently situated on the main road in downtown Gatlinburg. While the establishment itself isn't anything extraordinary, it is clean and the air conditioning provides a refreshing escape. The staff is friendly and has prepared our drinks well. If you’re in need of a caffeine boost, it’s worth stopping by for a drink.

The customer service here is excellent—everyone is very friendly. The shop is clean and well-maintained, and the location is ideal. I absolutely loved the hot white chocolate mocha; it was fantastic. The caramel crunch was like having dessert in a cup. Even the regular coffee was wonderful!

Always greeted with a smile, very clean. Look at Maczieken when you're in... she's the best barista! So sweet and always smiling! Best customer service ever!!

Had a good time with my friends and had great coffee!
