North China - Gatlinburg

I had a similar experience to others at this restaurant. We were hungry so we decided to stop in. Our party of 7 was seated right away. The prices were reasonable, especially for the location ($12 per plate). The food was decent, but not the best Chinese food I've ever had. I don't think I will return simply because I would like to try something different next time I visit.

I'm visiting from Atlanta. Me and my family ordered from here Saturday 7/16/2022. We placed our order and sat at tables to wait because it was hot outside and we've been walking the strip. Not one time did they say it wasn't ok, they just started speakingin their language looking at everyone. That's when we noticed we wernt wanted so most of my family left. The food was not up topar at all. The chicken and fries are 4 small nuggets covered in 3inches of batter. Not worth$7. I had sesame chicken with friedrice and egg roll. Sesame chicken is a hard breast fillet sliced with tons of sauce and the rice had two hard broccoli florets,not worth $15. Only good thing on my plate was the egg roll that came on the side. Also, the health food score isn't displayedwere customers can see. I definitely wouldn't recommend for any reason. Not even starvation.

I was initially hesitant to visit this restaurant due to the reviews, but after giving it a try, I believe some of them were overly critical. The service was prompt, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. It's worth noting that gratuity is automatically added to the bill, and the staff was accommodating in explaining the charges. Contrary to one review, there are combo meals available on the menu. While the waitress may not have been overly friendly, she was not impolite either. Running a restaurant can be challenging, and I appreciate the effort put in by the staff despite the long hours and any difficult customers they may encounter. Overall, I was pleased with my dining experience and will return in the future to enjoy a less crowded atmosphere.

This restaurant was okay, it was enough to fill you up. In the touristy downtown area of Gatlinburg, the prices of the food are relatively reasonable compared to other places on the strip. I ordered the sesame chicken rice with 2 egg rolls, but had to request sweet and sour sauce instead of the duck sauce it originally came with. The food was just average, not the best but not the worst either. It was quiet during lunchtime, so the seating was nice and the bathrooms were clean. We spent a total of $60 for 3 people, with a little over $8 added for gratuity. The receipt was in another language, so if you're not familiar with it, you'd have to ask. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back, but it wasn't a terrible experience.

The orange chicken and oolong tea were pretty good! Only downside is it is pricey but worth it! Also they aren?t combo meals meaning you have to order everything separate and then from there distribute the food out to everyone. The server was a bit rudebut the food was the best part!
