Mad Dog's Creamery Donuts - Gatlinburg

Staff was very nice and helpful I had an ice cream/donut sandwich. I was told smokey mountain fudge ice cream I'd a favorite, so I went with that stuffed in a peanut butter devils food donut. Both were delicious! My wife had a scoop of the strawberrycheesecake. Very good as well!! A great and sweet experience

Great ice cream and donut shop outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown Gatlinburg crowds. Plenty of outdoor seating by the little creek that runs behind the business. Good ice cream flavors and yummy donuts. Friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend astop here.

Loved this cute little place! We were craving ice cream for dinner and we're not disappointed! I got the big dog funnel cake with strawberries and scoop of blueberry cobbler ice cream, my mom got a waffle cone with 3 scoops. They also have a displaycase with some yummy looking donuts and fritters. Didn't get off cheap but it was well worth it, so yummy and they fry up yourfunnel cake right when you order it. The strawberries were yummy and sweet and a generous scoop of ice cream on top! There's anattachment dining room and outdoor seating on those warmer days. Way better than Baskin Robbins or Marble slab!

I stopped by here on Monday and got 6 donuts. Every single one was absolute perfection so I had to get another 6 for the road. Everything was fresh and they went above and beyond. The coconut cream donut is coated in coconut flakes, the blueberry has somuch flavor that it's blue inside and the devil's food and peanut butter is a perfect combination. I highly recommend.

They have maple bacon donuts. I love maple bacon donuts. All of their donuts are pretty good, but the maple bacon donuts are my favorite. Also they serve ice cream and have weird sundae/dessert ice cream combinations, like the cotton candy burrito. Thisplace is a must try place if you?re in Gatlinburg, even if it?s just to witness the horror of the ice cream abominations.
