Big Bear Pizza And Subs - Gatlinburg

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and it definitely won't be our last. The online ordering process was simple, and although the website estimated a 45-60 minute delivery time, our order arrived in about 40 minutes. The delivery driver was friendly as well. The pizzas were delicious—the dough was soft and had a crispy crust. We ordered a large specialty pizza and a small pepperoni, and both were fantastic!

Firstly, the pizza is fantastic! I was met with a wonderfully friendly woman on the phone who took my order and expressed her gratitude for it. Just 25 minutes later, we received a hot, fresh pizza delivered right to our hotel room door. The quick and cordial service impressed us right from the start, and the amazing pizza truly sealed the deal. We'll definitely be ordering from here again when we’re back in town!

Always a fantastic experience! Whether dining in, taking out, or opting for delivery, this place never disappoints. Each time we're in town, we make sure to stop by. Their pizzas and desserts are incredible! Plus, the staff is always incredibly friendly!

I had the fastest delivery service ever from this place. I ordered 2 x-large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions) as well as 2 bottles of soda (2 liters), and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. The lady on the phone told me 45minutes to an hour for delivery, I was ok with it. I hear a knock on the door, I look down at my watch, it's only been 17minutes since I placed my order, sure enough the delivery driver was there with my complete order. I even checked it, to makesure that there was no onions on the Buffalo chicken pizza, and only ketchup on the cheeseburger and sure enough everything wasexactly how I ordered it. This was my first time ordering from there and everything tasted great! I'll be ordering from themagain.

Placed a large order while visiting Gatlinburg. Got to the door fresh and hot in way less time tan the 45 minutes they told us it would be. Discovered we got the wrong pizza (they were really busy that night) and they prioritized the order and had a newone delivered within 30 minutes. Food was excellent, staff was great.
