Subway - Gatineau

The service at this location is so good that it's worth choosing this restaurant just for that alone.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but I was disappointed when they stopped offering jalapenos. Now, the classic $9 footlong meatball sub has been replaced with a $15 fancy sub, which is a disappointment. It seems that this change is not consistent across all Subway locations, as I have seen other branches still offering jalapenos and meatball marinara subs. Recently, I have had to consistently ask for adequate amounts of vegetables in my subs, despite the rising prices and shrinking portion sizes.

Paid $15 for 1 sub. New menu prices are absolutely insane. Like, are you for real.I will be boycotting Subway from now on.Total was $35 for two footlongs with no drinks or cookies. And they are so cheap on adding toppings. Complete rip off. A BIG NO NO.

It's my closest sandwich place so I go regularly no complaints about the food and the staff are great. Staff are great, one even remembers my order.

The owners and their family are so friendly. Also happy and smiling , and take the effort to get to know their customers ?
