This food was absolutely fantastic! I had the Japanese Wagyu, while my husband enjoyed the halibut. We started with the risotto, and for dessert, we had the cream broth. The prices are quite high, but given that this restaurant is located at the Gateway Canyon Resort, it's expected for a fine dining experience. The portion sizes are on the smaller side. Normally, I would take food home in a to-go box, but as you can see in the pictures, we finished everything because it was just that delicious! My husband particularly loved his food rolls and ended up eating about six of them. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

Fantastic service! However, I wouldn't recommend the 5-course tasting menu priced at $300 ($450 each with drinks, tax, and tip). The food and portion sizes were quite disappointing, and we had no control over what was served to us. The restaurant offers a much better experience overall, with more reasonable prices and better menu options. It seems to have declined in quality compared to previous years. While the resort itself is stunning, the dining options at both restaurants are quite underwhelming. For instance, the watermelon dish pictured below cost $16 and wasn't particularly enjoyable.

My husband particularly enjoyed his dish and ended up having around six rolls! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
