Bidrage med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant on 4/12/24 at 5:50 pm. The manager, Elizabeth W, provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She displayed a terrible management style towards her teenage staff, putting them in a difficult position. When I arrived at the speaker to pick up my order, the girl instructed me to pull up. However, a teenage worker at the window informed me that I needed to go inside to retrieve my order, despite placing a drive-thru order. When I questioned why, the worker mentioned something about a portal in the front of the restaurant. I expressed my concerns about the rain, my sick child in the car with me, and the confusion about this portal. The manager refused to speak directly to me and only communicated through the young employee. The manager seemed unwilling to provide an explanation and simply refused to hand over my order. I overheard her complaining about me through the window before instructing the teenager to offer a refund if I refused to go inside. At that point, I decided to accept the refund and vowed never to return to this establishment. I always order through the app for drive-thru service and double-check my selection before submitting. It is unclear whether the issue was with the app or the manager's personal problems. However, the way I was treated, along with the manager's unprofessional behavior towards the teenage employee, was unacceptable.
Typically no issues, but this time the pizza was extremely thin.
