Pal's Sudden Service - Gate City

The burgers that used to be so flavorful have lost some of their pizzazz, which was quite disappointing. I ended up adding ketchup to improve the taste a bit. On a positive note, the fries were fresh and delicious. The hot dog was average. However, the sweet teas are always enjoyable, whether they're flavored or not.

Since the new manager took over, the wait time has significantly increased. I’ve found myself waiting over 5 minutes for my food, whereas when Eric was in charge, everything was quick and efficient. In my last three visits this month, something has been left out of my order each time. The new manager needs to improve the service before Pals in Gat City starts losing customers.

This is the best fast food restaurant in the South. Although it is quite regional, their food and service surpass that of any other similar establishment. I always order a hot Frenchie Fry and a half-and-half tea whenever I visit.

Ordered hotdogs with CHILI with no mustard. We got all the way home, all we had was plain dry hotdog on a dry buns! No chili No onions! Pals is getting terrible in Gate City. Girls at both windows do not know how to say Hello or Thank you. Very rude. We will no longer be going there. Over time Pals has declined in smiles to rudeness.

Fast friendly service, great burgers and we love the sweet tea so much we always order a gallon to go!
