Waffle House - Gastonia

I only visit the one on west Franklin. Ebony is the best waitress. She is sweet and makes you feel welcomed everytime.

My favorite Waffle House. The only reason I hate to see them back up and running at max possible capacity is because now it takes longer to get my to go order. Occasional mistakes, but they're sincere and quick to rectify. Even with everyone, well, most everyone, wearing masks, they still recognize you and remember your favorites. Staff is always great, even under pressure. I sure as heck couldn't do it, I have enough trouble remembering my wife's and my own orders everytime, and I only order 1 thing, Sausage, Egg Cheese Hash brown bowl with a scoop of gravy on top. Yup, if one of them read this review, they'll know exactly who it is,,, lol. Great place. I'm glad it's not right off the interstate, because then, it'd always be packed. Ssshhhhhh, don't tell anyone else that this place is here, we'll keep this little secret between us. ;

Good restaurant. Lady at front was very nice over the phone and in person.

Had a delicious breakfast with Country Ham and Hash Browns, served by our awesome server, Michelle. Michelle gave us great service with beautiful smile and personality!

It has good service people and friendly environment, the safety protocols are in place for social distance for covid wear your mask in.
