Waffle House - Gastonia

The food was great, except for them, not adding cheese to my eggs. I gave 1 star for service and atmosphere because the guy and the girl there really work loud and ghetto. Feel really uncomfortable. You were nice. Customer service and first impressions are all and see how unprofessional they made my visit less than stellar.

Eating is great and always a place where they can count at night, but the customers can ruin it.

Everything was perfect. the waitress was at the top. very accurate with all their customers. didn't miss a beat.

We stopped here to take a bite to eat with the family and was astonished about the cleanliness and friendliness of all employees. elena was our server and was wonderful. it was only her third day, but she rocked it! He could never say she was new. she will do great things! the grilloperator was also amazing! he produced hot and fresh food. everything was perfectly cooked. best service we have received in a good time. many thanks and their entire team that they go beyond and beyond!

Not sure how you can be 24/7 but let your workers decide when they want to lock the doors? Imagine having an empty restaurant at 4am and they lock the doors and say they are closed?? Update on July 13th? just dropped in for a late dinner at 11:36pm with no customers inside but the door locked and the girl looks at me like I?m stupid for trying to come in? what is wrong with this location!?
