I had the burger and fries and enjoyed it. I typically don't order burgers at BBQ joints so this was a treat for me

Tried the mobile unit in Stanley, NC this evening and could not be more disappointed. The XL pulled pork sandwich was served soaking wet, to the point the bun just disintegrated when I tried picking it up. The BBQ itself was microwaved for 30 seconds before it was placed on the bun. It looked very off-putting, to put it nicely. Very strange consistency and color. It smelled okay, so I reluctantly gave it a taste. Gross…tasted water-logged and flavorless. The “sauce” or “slaw” didn’t help things. The employees called it both, so I’m not really sure what it was. It had a pink tint to it and wasn’t good at all. I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
