Food is good here. You always win when you get pizza here. The prices have gone up as with everything so now it’s a bit pricey. I was a little disappointed with the fries though because they were hard. But everything else was fine. There’s dinning if you choose, and the employees are friendly. Great food but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, so respectfully this will be my last time ever going to Mr. Crispy’s. It’s unfortunate how staff can ruin someone’s business. There was no greeting upon entry. I called in my order and as I’m waiting for an employee to make eye contact for assistance, it’s evident that they are avoiding me. It’s 7:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. All business’ get busy but at this time, it wasn’t. There is one nasty customer at the counter acting like other customers shouldn’t be standing near her. Finally, a male employee asked if I’m being helped and I said no. He didn't respond so I said “I called in”, still no response. I’m not sure if he heard me, no response is a poor way to communicate to a customer. He didn’t ask my name or what I ordered or if it was ready or not. The other female behind the counter brings my food and rings it up. Both staff members acted like it was such a bother. This service was so terrible for something as simple as a take out order. I pay for the food, I say thank you, and again no manners or response from either employees. I’ve been in the restaurant business as a bartender for over 2 years. This service was so poor and unpleasant.

The prices are great. Portions are huge. The food is fresh and very tasty. The special pizza is amazing. I hate Ranch Pizza with the exception of Mr. Crispy chickens ranch pizza. It is creamy, tangy and lots of taste in every bite. The aubergines parmigiana is soft and fresh with great sauce and many mozzarella cheeses on the salads are loaded with vegetables. The little salad will fill you before the meal. I don't live in the area. But every chance I get, I'll go to Mr. Crispy with my boys. The owner of us a great guy who will take you with any worries you have.

Great neighborhood pizza. A bit expensive. Two slices and a drink for 5.99 and 6 garlic knots 4.99. garlic knots are more of a castagnole (fried dough) texture and have an obscene amount of garlic on it. Which i love, but wouldn't recommend if you are on a date, or plan to eat this in the office or talk to anyone after wards lol. Food not made by Italians, blasting merengue music inside, but so far i would go back, because the orders are made quick.
