Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I take our coffee after shopping. This morning, Saturday 9/11/21, the location was extremely busy. Two young ladies worked on a great job and worked as a team to serve customers as quickly as possible. I had a tip and it was rejected! She told me they can't accept tips! You should change this policy. I'm sure you take care of your staff, but you should allow customers to do the same. I saw both these young ladies work and was impressed. Change your congratulation policy, please! Btw, coffee was great!
I don't often go to Starbucks. But people gave me gift cards, so I decided to use them. I went with my sister and daughter a couple of times and they always ordered me. The ladies there helped me to remember what my sisters had ordered for me after I had described it and were very nice and helpful. I also have two gift cards while I was there for my sister and my daughter.
Please support our reviews! The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. If you live near a Publix, you’ll find Harris Teeter right here! This place has a very modern vibe. If you need a pick-me-up before or after shopping, there’s a Starbucks conveniently located near the entrance next to customer service. Walking into the store felt like a perfect blend of Publix and Whole Foods, creating a magnificent experience. The sales were fantastic, and I found the sushi to be delicious (Friday is $5 sushi day!). There’s also a rewards card for this chain that allows customers to accumulate points for gas savings, with fuel prices displayed at the entrance. I was on a quick sushi run, so I didn’t get to fully explore everything yet, but the customer service was excellent. A gentleman named Nick at the customer service desk noticed my puzzled expression at checkout and offered assistance. The checkout counters were sleek and minimalistic compared to most stores. You can discover what you like on your own, or let someone else guide you. One of the standout features of this shop was its cleanliness. I can't wait to see how this place evolves in the future!
This Starbucks is located inside a Harris Teeter, and it’s the perfect treat for my Thursday mornings while I shop for groceries. I usually order a simple dark roast with hazelnut syrup, and everything is always great. I can only assume that the other coffee drinks are well made, as I often see customers throughout the day. With hot, fresh coffee and excellent service from barista Robin, it’s a fantastic way to start my day.
This Starbucks is located inside Harris Teeter, so they don't offer the complete menu, but it's convenient for when I'm doing my grocery shopping. The baristas here are fantastic, with one exception: Robin, the manager. I've given her more than one chance, but she's the worst Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. I've reached a point where I avoid coming here when I know she's working. However, everyone else is great!
