This particular location is the best. Food is always hot and the service is excellent

Worst customer service I've ever experiences. First of all they are always out of chicken. The cashier had the nerve to tell me I could go to chic Fila or Bogangles, bc they had a 30 min wait gor legs. If I had known they were out of chicken that is exactly what I would have done. Mind you it was 5pm. The audacity, the era of making sure the customer is satisfied is long gone. When they do have chicken., it's so small you're still hungry after you pay $8.00 for the same meal that used to be a $5 fill up. KFC used to be one of my favorites but between the terrible customer service, the outrageous prices, and the small portion size they are now one of my worse.

It's always such a long wait when we come here and sometimes there isn't even other customers there. Always out of something, like how are you gonna be a chicken place and run out of chicken? This place is just disappointing. No straws, no chicken sandwiches, and they forgot our biscuits. Please do better.

Came here at 11:50 AM sun shining and everything a worker outside was locking the doors said they are out of chicken AND Beef (this is a KFC/Taco Bell location) such a joke.

I went to the drive through to place a order for a 3 piece. The young lady tells me that they have 3 pans of breast and everyone has taken all of the other parts. I asked so you're not cooking anything else. The sound lady says no we close in 2 hrs. I Informed her that was unacceptable. She said we're not going to cook anymore chicken. So I have to eat breast or nothing at all??? I will be calling corporate!!
