Grandsons - Garner

The chicken salad was awful. It was runny creamy. The Macaroni and cheese had a funny taste. The mashed potatoes tasted funny was very thick. My chicken nuggets had a funny texture like they may not have been cooked all the way. I had to spit a few out. My first time trying this location. I will drive an extra 20-30 minutes to the Smithfield location. This one is not for me. The customer service was awesome but the food was gross.

I have been waiting along time for this store to open and boy was it worth it...the food is increadble...endless tables of food...and it is real food not the cheap substitute many if the other places have... Prices are reasonable and don't forget the senior discount.... The staff is pleasent and quick also...yes I will be back...

North Carolina has 'a hidden in plain sight ' gem favored by the locals called Grandsons. It 's soulfood,seafood,all food but most importantly Good Food. The chicken fish moist crunchy(just like I like it). Reasonably priced, serve yourself buffet with lots of food choices plenty of parking. The wait staff are friendly, efficient work well together. Tionna, was our waitress. She anticipated her guests needs tended other tasks as closing approached. If you 're a local you already know. If you 're not..NOW you do...so Come Get It!!!!

Just visited this restaurant and we are very impressed. All the food is flavorful and great. The service is awesome as well. The servers really pay attention to your needs. This is our new spot. Bye bye Golden Corral!
